Abstract

Scientific answers to questions about cats.

A cat's charm is not only its cute appearance and its gestures. With mysterious behaviours such as staring into space, every cat owner has at least once thought, "I want to know what they're thinking!" We have conducted a web survey to find out what cat lovers' questions are about cats. We have collected 50 questions from cat lovers and cat expert Yuko Kato has answered them from a scientific point of view. You can clear up any doubts you may have had.
