A culinary researcher and owner of the cooking school "Minato Kitchen." Having studied in Taiwan, she considers steamers an indispensable everyday cooking tool. She uses various sizes depending on the purpose, from preparing meals for children to hosting large parties. Her published works include "NY Style Jar Salad Recipes" and "Jar Steam Recipes," and she has also created recipes for "Delicious Taiwanese Recipes Taught by Local Cooks" (all published by Sekai Bunka Publishing).
