Author’s Information
Nozomi Fukuda is from Fujinomiya City, Shizuoka Prefecture. She is an illustrator and picture book author. She won the Grand Prize at the 15th Pinpoint Picture Book Competition. Her major picture book works include "Docchi Docchi Hoikuen" (Koguma Publishing), "Oshare Hair no Curly-san" (Iwasaki Shoten), "Iyo! Edokko da ne" (Rironsha), and the "Kometa nomi Hitotsuketa" series (Ryoko Yomiuri Publishing).
Hitoshi Iwasaki is a Mt. Fuji climber. He is from Yamanashi Prefecture. In 2005, he established "roots & fruits NATURE TOURS". Since 2015, as the representative of "Mt. Fuji Nature Tours", he has been promoting the charm of Mt. Fuji beyond just climbing. He is currently developing various eco-tours with the theme of "A nature trip to discover the unknown charms of Mt. Fuji". He has received numerous awards, including the "United Nations World Tourism Organization Ethics Special Award" at the 4th Japan Tourism Awards.
