Author’s Information

Born in 1979. President and CEO of Kachihmode Co., Ltd. For 15 years starting in 2007, he worked in the residential rental property management industry, overseeing the management of more than 7,000 units. In December 2022, he founded Kachihmode Co., Ltd., a company that conducts "ghost investigations" on stigmatized properties to support property owners and management companies when a fatal accident occurs on their premises. He holds numerous professional qualifications, including Licensed Real Estate Broker, Rental Property Management Manager, and Inheritance Support Consultant. In 2024, he appeared in the movie New Sancha Poltergeist (Shin Sancha no Poltergeist).
