Abstract
What if you could step outside your own life and see what truly matters?
This workbook invites readers to imagine their lives from an entirely different perspective and use the insights they gain to create a happier, more fulfilling future.
Through a series of guided exercises, readers are encouraged to take a step back from their everyday lives and reconsider their values. Money and possessions they once believed were essential may turn out to be less important than they thought, while people or experiences they once found difficult may reveal themselves to be deeply meaningful.
This powerful shift in perspective can help readers identify what truly deserves their time and energy—and what they genuinely want to pursue in the years ahead. By reexamining their priorities, they can begin making positive changes in all areas of life, including work, finances, relationships, and health.
The author, YUKO, is a mindset coach known for sharing practical insights on how to turn one’s life around and discover greater happiness.
Many people come to her counseling sessions overwhelmed by their problems and in tears. Yet by the end of a session, they often leave smiling and saying, “I’m looking forward to life again.”
Her approach has spread widely through word of mouth, and her counseling services are consistently booked four months in advance.
Author’s Information
After experiencing a series of profound personal challenges—including her former husband’s ¥8 million debt, divorce, raising a son with a developmental disorder, and her mother’s depression—YUKO began searching for a way to transform her life.
In an effort to break free from her circumstances, she studied the law of attraction, energy theory, and the subconscious mind, and began putting into practice various approaches to personal transformation. In her 50s, she remarried and went on to increase her income more than one hundredfold, dramatically transforming her life.
Today, drawing on her own experiences, she shares insights on social media about self-reflection and discovering what truly matters in life in order to achieve greater happiness. Through counseling on challenges related to relationships, work, love, marriage, and money, she has helped more than 2,000 people overcome their personal struggles.
Her online community includes more than 19,000 newsletter subscribers, over 120,000 Instagram followers, and more than 50,000 YouTube subscribers, giving her a total social media following of over 240,000.
Her published works include The Ultimate Guide to Breaking Free from Self-Sacrifice: The Secrets to a Dramatic Turnaround in Love and Money (KADOKAWA).
