Abstract

Cells and organs work tirelessly 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, and moreover, they work together harmoniously to support our bodies. This book explains the basic mechanisms of these cells and organs. The main character is Keiko Deli, a 33-year-old who is a little sensitive but loves eating out and drinking beer. Author’s Information

A physician and Doctor of Medicine, she graduated from the University of Tokyo Faculty of Medicine. Drawing on her extensive experience as a specialist in internal medicine and cardiovascular medicine at the University of Tokyo Hospital and Mitsui Memorial Hospital, she opened Matsumoto Medical Clinic in 2016. A mother of five, she is a practicing doctor who is also busy raising her children. Affectionately known as "Hime-sensei," she is a community-based "family doctor" who provides consultations focusing on general internal medicine, cardiovascular medicine, and lifestyle-related diseases.
