Author’s Information

A former office worker whose love for Scandinavia has taken it to an extreme. Originally from Osaka Prefecture. He loves Finland so much that he has been visiting for over 13 years, experiencing every aspect of it to the fullest, and is a self-proclaimed Finland enthusiast. While working as an office worker, he trained as a sushi chef and fulfilled his dream of moving to Finland as a sushi chef in April 2022, but due to the bankruptcy of his workplace, he became a self-employed individual. His motto is "Just give it a try." There are nights when he is suddenly overcome with the urge to bake cinnamon rolls. He shares his quirky life on his SNS account "Weekend Scandinavia Club." His favorite things are bodies of water, cats, alcohol, and solo travel. His works include the four-volume series "Scandinavian Obsession Diary," "Tasty!
