Author’s Information

Born in Tokyo in 1961. After graduating from the Faculty of Letters at Seikei University, he worked at a publishing house. In 2001, he made his literary debut with Rika, which won the 2nd Horror Suspense Award. He has earned wide acclaim for his versatile works across various genres, including his police procedural Negotiator series, his workplace romance Younger Boy series, as well as sports fiction and mysteries. His major works include Gakuen Tengoku (School Heaven), Ano Ko ga Kekkon Suru Nante (To Think She's Getting Married), Murder House, Nomen Ki (Noh Mask Demon), and Shishakai (The Private Screening).
