This book systematizes the numerous real-world "traps" that are often encountered on the job. Learn from the graveyard of projects!

While the importance of transformation projects such as DX is being emphasized, behind every dazzling success story, there are countless failures that go unnoticed. Not only technical troubles and lack of competence, but also interdepartmental conflicts, adherence to past plans, vague goals... The causes of failure are truly diverse. The world is full of books that teach "how to succeed," but every project is different. There are traps that cannot be avoided by simply following textbooks. This book is a collection of 55 "traps that lead to failure = anti-patterns" that the author has actually witnessed in numerous transformation projects.

Author’s Information

Vice President, Cambridge Technology Partners. He began his career as a programmer. After joining Cambridge, he gained extensive experience in projects involving business process reform, system development, and vision formulation. He excels at concept development, team building, and talent development, leveraging his facilitation skills. Currently, he manages three roles: client projects, writing and methodology development, and COO of his own company.
