Author’s Information

Born in Chiba Prefecture in 1986. Left the doctoral program at the Graduate School of Arts and Sciences, The University of Tokyo. Made his debut in 2015 with Yutoronika no Kochiragawa (This Side of Utronica). Won the Nihon SF Taisho Award and the Yamamoto Shugoro Prize for Game no Okoku (The Kingdom of Games). Won the Yamada Futaro Prize and the Naoki Prize for Chizu to Kobushi (The Map and the Fist), and the Mystery Writers of Japan Award for Kimi no Kuizu (Your Quiz).
