Abstract
" I get hurt when people are disappointed with me" "I can't change myself because I care too much about others" "When I think about if..., I usually space out"... Like these examples, there are many people who can't take action because of their cowardice. There are three major reasons why they become coward, "lack of confidence" "an extreme self-consciousness" "anxiety for existence". In this book, we disclosed Buddha's teaching to calm those three reasons gradually. The important thing is to match "the mind" and "action". This book is full of practical tips how to live a fulfilling life without wearing yourself out.
