Abstract
"If only we had known beforehand..." "If only we had known, we might have prevented it..."
A single comprehensive guide containing all the knowledge parents and children need to share to protect kids from crime and disasters.
Only correct knowledge can save a child's life!
News of sexual crimes and online exploitation targeting children appears nearly every day. However, for young children, it is not easy to judge who is dangerous or where crime might be lurking. To protect precious children from crime, it is essential for both parents and kids to learn key safety knowledge in advance so they can act appropriately when the need arises!
Furthermore, when a major earthquake strikes—like the Noto Peninsula Earthquake—or during extreme weather events like severe heatwaves, flash downpours, or tornadoes, it is once again advance preparation and knowledge that protects lives in critical moments.
Supervised by well-known media personality and crisis management advisor Nobue Kunizaki. She is a professional in crime prevention and disaster response, as well as a mother of two. Her advice—built on years of repeatedly teaching her own young children the importance of safety—is filled with actionable insights you will want to put into practice right away!
