Abstract

On their way home from school, a boy and a girl are having a verbal argument. Their exchange of insults escalates, and their conversation goes off on a tangent... From the bottom of the ocean to the edge of space, where will this fight go?! A picture book that stimulates the imagination. ■From the editor: This picture book was created by a writer and illustrator who are close friends, while they were arguing. It conveys the message that "being able to fight again and again is better than being friends forever." By reading this book together, two people can experience "fighting and making up." Following "Something Scarier Than That," where the argument escalates as they talk about what they're scared of, this is the second installment of an imaginative "adventure of imagination." ■From the blurb: How far will their feelings go? Are friends people who never fight? Or people who can fight again and again? ■What is "reading together" with picture books?... By reading picture books together with someone, you can share your feelings and enjoy the story many times more. ■You can listen to the audio of the two authors "reading together" on the "Kosei Publishing Picture Book & Children's Book Channel" (YouTube).
