Abstract
Why is it that even with ability and motivation, results aren't being achieved? — The reason that work fails is a problem with the "starting point of thinking = priorities." This book is a collection of essential thinking methods that can be applied to your daily work starting today. Using familiar examples such as McDonald's coffee service and the secrets behind the rapid success of Gyoza no Ohsho, this book introduces hints for the "priority thinking method" necessary to get work done successfully.
