Abstract

"No matter how much I clean up, my room looks messy quickly", or
"The room quickly becomes crammed and I don’t know what to do about it" excuses.
When you live every day with one of these thoughts, it’s only natural that you end up feeling like giving up altogether on cleaning and tidying up. With this book, my hope is to relieve the people who struggle with the idea of tidying up from this ever growing frustration. I have written this book with a thought of helping those who wish to remove themselves from this exhausting cycle of constantly feeling defeated over tidying up.
