Author’s Information

After graduating university, she joined an office automation equipment sales company, where she worked on sales strategy. Later, she joined ANA (All Nippon Airways Co., Ltd.) as a cabin attendant (CA). Experienced as chief purser, group leader, OJT instructor, and member of cabin department policy development.
After leaving ANA, she has been active as a training instructor. She has been hired by a number of public offices, private companies, and universities to provide training in customer service, hospitality, and communication skills improvement, with a total of more than 20,000 participants. She conducts more than 100 training sessions a year.
