Professor Emeritus, Tokyo Women's Medical University. 1962 Graduated from the Faculty of Medicine, Niigata University. After working at Social Insurance Saitama Central Hospital and Tokyo Women's Medical University Second Hospital, he became a professor of surgery at Tokyo Women's Medical University Second Hospital in 1983. In 1988, he became a professor at Fujita Gakuen University of Health Sciences (now Fujita Medical School). In 1998, he became a vice president of Tokyo Women's Medical University Second Hospital. In 1998, he became Vice President of the Second Hospital of Tokyo Women's Medical University, and is currently providing medical care as a special advisor to Nagaoka Hoen.
