Shota Fukumoto played baseball as a student and aspired to become a professional player, but gave up his career due to a fatigue fracture in his lower back. However, he was able to achieve amazing physical transformation by training with training tubes and balance balls that he encountered due to his injury, and has since devised his own inner muscle training program. Today, he provides training guidance and nutritional support to a wide range of clients, including the general public, athletes, dancers, models, and martial artists.
