Abstract
Attention is rising more due to the effects of "corona fat,” and it’s trending among idols and models. But for most, not eating or drinking is difficult to imagine, and they wouldn’t even think to practice it, or they are unable to continue it.
To those I want to recommend what this book introduces as a new good eating habit, “moderate eating life.”
Moderate eating life is “a diet where one takes necessary nutrients while limiting the intake of solid substances.”
In this book, fasting is not “completely giving up food.” It’s explained and recommended as a “lifestyle that practices moderate eating” to the reader.
