Author’s Information

　Psychological Counselor / President of Insight Counseling, Inc. He is a graduate of the Department of Psychology, Asbury University, USA. He has developed a brief therapy called FAP (Free from Anxiety Program) and has treated many cases of trauma.
While working at the Shuaitoshida Clinic specializing in alcoholism, he studied addiction as a research student at the Tokyo Metropolitan Institute of Psychiatry and as a part-time staff member at the Harajuku Counseling Room attached to the Clinical Research Institute for Addiction Problems. After working as the head of the Harajuku Counseling Office attached to the Clinical Research Institute for Addiction Problems, he worked as the representative director of IFF Co. After working as the head of the Harajuku Counseling Room at the Institute for the Study of Addictive Behaviors, he launched Insight Counseling, Inc. Ltd., with the aim of helping many people to live freely. He has over 90,000 cases of clinical experience.
