Abstract

Nothing here, nothing there, I have nothing at all. Reine, the main character of this story, has always taught that there is “nothing”. Losing all confidence, she takes the drastic step of descending the stairs into a dark and lonely world. But when she perceives the concepts of “nothing” and “something” in reverse, she realizes that there are many “somethings” in her possession. The expression on Reine’s face as she runs back up the stairs is unrecognizably cheerful, and the world surrounding her becomes colorful as well. This is a story that gives the reader the courage to take a step forward.
