Abstract
Dreaming of becoming a professional swimmer, Cup invites his friend Towel to join a swimming class. Cup is quite used to being washed in water, while Towel finds the experience unpleasant. Towel sinks when he absorbs water, but Cup hesitates to dive in because he's afraid of breaking. This humorous story depicts the trials and tribulations of Cup and Towel as the earnestly learn to swim, even as they hesitate over the unfamiliar smell of water.
