Abstract

Soft, fluffy, sweet and delicious sponge cake. Nostalgic, simple, and cute, sponge cake is everyone's favorite snack. Moreover, sponge cake can be made with only a few ingredients such as flour, eggs, sugar, and honey, making it the perfect snack to make at home.
To make it easier to make at home, this book introduces a recipe that can be made using pound molds and only two eggs.
The book introduces a wide range of sponge cakes made from the basic moist and chunky sponge cake dough, the slightly lighter and fluffier sponge cake dough, the now popular Taiwanese sponge cake dough, the rich buttered sponge cake dough, and the cocoa flavored sponge cake dough.
There are fruit, cheese, chocolate and tea flavored sponge cakes, roll cakes when baked thin and wrapped with cream, and sponge cake sandwiches when filled with cream. If you decorate it with icing and decorations, it can even be transformed into an elegant cake!
The basic dough is accompanied by photos of the entire process, so even novice bakers can feel at ease. This is a simple recipe that you can try as soon as you think of it!
