Abstract

There is a very powerful trick to make people laugh!?
This is a book for children (in the upper grades of elementary school) to learn the basics of Manzai (traditional style of comedy in Japanese) by Mr. Tomiaki Daiku, who is engaged in composing and scriptwriting of TV Shows, Movies and Manzai. He is also active as an instructor at the NSC - Yoshimoto's College of Performing Arts.
You will learn how to make people laugh, what elements are necessary to make Manzai and it will also provide explanation to why a particular Manzai is funny.
You can master the skills of Manzai while having fun via three steps of mentioned in the book. The three steps are Cartoons, Columns and Work Drills. You can "learn Manzai and learn from Manzai.

Author’s Information

He is an instructor at the NSC - Yoshimoto's College of Performing Arts in Osaka which the most prolific training school for comedians in Japan.
In the past, he has taught "Ninety Nine" and other Yoshimoto comedians who graduated NSC in Osaka & Tokyo for many years.
He is also in engaged in composing and scriptwriting of TV Shows, Movies and Manzai.
