Abstract
Perhaps due to the stagnation of economic development and the complexity of human relationships, the air of hawkishness has faded from society, and a pointed harshness that "does not tolerate" the failures of others has filled the air, resulting in an increase in the number of people suffering from mental illness.
Especially now, due to the influence of Corona, the trend of overreacting to others' behavior (looking for rough edges) sometimes creates a sense of entrapment.
The "unforgiving" become "unforgiving" themselves due to their narrow-mindedness, and this lecture will explain how to nurture the mind to break this vicious cycle, based on case examples.
