Author’s Information

Born in Tokyo in 1957. Graduated from the Department of Mathematics, Faculty of Science, University of Tokyo, and left the Tokyo Institute of Technology Graduate School of Science and Engineering with a PhD. Professor at the Graduate School of Engineering, Yokohama National University. Ph.D. (Science). His main research themes include infinite particle systems, quantum walks, and complex networks. In 2018, he received the Mathematical Society of Japan Analysis Prize for his work on "Mathematical Research on Quantum Walks and Their Applications" (this data was published at the time this book was published).
