Junichi Hayama
Animator and character designer.
Born in Nagano Prefecture in 1965. Joined Monsieur Onion Productions after graduating from high school. Made his animation debut with "Gu-Gu Gammo" (1984). He made his debut as an original artist in "HAI STEP JUN" (1985). He made his debut as an animation director in "Hokuto no Ken" (1987). He made his debut as a character designer in "BE-BOP HIGHSCHOOL" (1989), and went freelance in 1990. In recent years, he has worked as a main animator for "Golden Kamuy" (2018) and as an animation character designer for "pet" (2019).
