Abstract

Rice, wheat, foxtail millet, Japanese millet, European millet, corn and their kinds are crops, called delicious "grains".
Turning into cooked rice, noodles, and, baked bread, etc., then being got on the dining table.
Looking into these "grains", you will find the wisdom of people trying eat them and the other wisdom of plants which urge to survive in natures.

Author’s Information

The professor of the Okinawa university in Naha city, Japan.
Born in 1962, Chiba prefecture. Called by his popular name "GETCHO".
After graduated the Chiba university in biology department of the faculty of science, started his carreer as a biology teacher at the junior-high and high school of JIYUNOMORI-GAKUEN since 1985.
Quitted and moved to Okinawa in 2000, started working as an instructor of non-profit educational organization of Sangosya-scholē, and Become the president of the Okinawa university in April 2019.
