Akashi Ueda is a formative poet who gives form to the longing and awe that lie dormant in our memories.
This is the long-awaited collection of his works.
In addition to the six exhibitions from 2014's "Too Far Parade" to 2020's "NATIVE CHILDREN," the collection includes works for special exhibitions, as well as the new works "Longing for the Blue Night" and "Demon King of Pain" and the jewel-like stories behind the works.
This is the seven-and-a-half-year journey of an artist who has been inundated with offers from Japan and abroad.

Akishi Ueda
Born in 1991.
With the theme of memory and longing, he creates works that evoke a sense of sadness.
He has been deeply influenced by art, music, and film since childhood, and expresses himself in a variety of styles and motifs, from cute to strange giant creatures, with the attributes of pop surrealism as his main focus.
Although he was mainly active in Japan, he won the first prize in the sculpture category of the world art competition "Beautiful Bizarre Art Prize" in 2019, and then started to work in English-speaking countries in earnest, and also successfully held a solo museum exhibition "Prayer Traces" in Asia (Beijing, China).
In 2021, a cerebral blood vessel ruptured and he was hospitalized. He was hospitalized in 2021 due to the rupture of a cerebral blood vessel, which left him with a slight eye disorder, but he recovered.
