Abstract

Mr.Soichi Noguchi is astronaut. He boarded a civilian spacecraft ”Crew Dragon" made by SpaceX for the first time in December 2020 and returned safely to Earth in May 2021. During his stay in International Space Station, He worked 400km away from the earth with communicating online. This way of working is the same as the telework we do on earth. In this book, he wrote tips for successful telework and communication with colleagues from different countries and cultures realistically . This is a book that not only space lovers but also business people should read.

He is an astronaut who has three space flight experiences. In December 2020, he boarded a civilian spacecraft ”Crew Dragon" made by SpaceX for the first time. During his stay at International Space Station (ISS), he succeeded in EVA and various missions in the "Kibo" Japanese Experiment Module.
