Abstract

Gentaro, who paints on a small island, lives regretful days since losing his deaf wife Naomi in an accident. Because he thinks it was to his blame.
One day, Naomi's sister, Yuko, who only used to blame Gentaro for the accident, dies of an illness.
And Yuko, who supposedly hated Gentaro, has somehow entrusted her daughter Shoko to him.
Shoko is also completely deaf, just like Naomi.

Gentaro's life begins to move little by little, and Shoko's world expands little by little.
There are also the people of the island surrounding them.
Set in Kitakijima island, a story of two clumsy people who have suffered a death in their family begins to develop.
