Arai-kun who likes to wash his hands, one day, met Mr. Shocho of the germs reserch insitute who had a mysterious machine that germs can be seen.

We have created a fun life picture book with plenty of onomatopoeia.
A raccoon who is serious and careful, and is regarded by everyone in the forest. Arai-kun humorously conveys the existence of invisible viruses and the importance of hand washing.
Even children who are not good at washing their hands will want to wash their hands after reading this picture book. The pictures with a gentle and warm touch are also attractive.

Born in Saitama Prefecture in 1954.
Singer-songwriter and picture book writer.
After working as a nursery teacher for five years, he formed the band "Toraya Boushiten (Tiger and hat store)" and wrote a number of children's songs.
Received the Japan Picture Book Award Grand Prize for "Naita (cried)" (Kinnohoshi Co., Ltd.).

His major works include the "Green Pepper Village" series (Doshinsha Publishing), the "Dajare (pun)" series (picture book building Publishing), "Nandeyanen (you've got to be kidding me)" and "Sakana ga Hanete(fish jumps out of the water)" (Sekai Bunka Publishing).

Born in Chiba prefecture. Illustrator and picture book writer.
