Ryoko Iwata, a Finnish sauna ambassador, introduces 37 saunas that can accommodate women. (There is also a page for beginners in the sauna with his own illustration)

In recent years, saunas have gradually become popular and have become a place that attracts the attention of many women.
The sauna is no longer just for uncles, it is definitely changing to a place where women can cleanse their minds and bodies.
