Everyone, regardless of age, is deeply moved.
The shock of the heart that people felt at that time,
I want to convey to people who live in this era, transcending time and space.

Author’s Information

Yoshio Tomii
Born in Kita-ku, Tokyo in 1953. After working as a part-time photographer in the Japan Airlines Culture Division, he established Photo Studio Co., Ltd. in 1988. In 1990, he moved to Sapporo city fascinated by the nature of Hokkaido. He has written many books. Many photo exhibitions have been held, including overseas. Travel to countries and regions with 233 interviews overseas/ 128 (as of 2018).
