Abstract

This large-format collection of manga, the first ever to be compiled in book form, is a must-have for fans, and features the rare color manga that was published in Asahi Graph from 1983 to 1987. It includes eight stories, including "Fallen Flowers," "Shamisen Makura," "Umi Senzansen," and "Hyaku Monogatari."

Born in Tokyo in 1958. Manga artist, researcher of Edo customs, and essayist. His major works include "Welcome to Edo," "Myrtle," "YASUJI Tokyo," and "The Young Master of Flowering Edo." He passed away in 2005.
