Abstract
This book was born from the author’s wish to support new or young sales representatives build their confidence and feeling of satisfaction in their work.
The art of sales is not just about selling products or services. It is the job of creating values by knowing the needs of customers, advancing business negotiations while building personal relationships and proposing original plans. It is a rewarding job as well as being a daunting task. The book explains how to achieve your sales goals while highlighting on nurturing your “passion” for sales.
