for Invincibleness by Charismatic PE Teacher” (2003).
Being only a public junior high school teacher, the author has established the Harada Method to train mentality through entry of unique goal setting form and diary, introducing various management methods and mental training techniques. Hits method has been utilized in various fields with over 80,000 people at 400 companies for corporate training alone.
This book represents a starting point of the author and had an impact over business and education universes when it was published. In publishing it in a paperback format, he made addition and amendment according to the times to include lots of messages and examples guiding business people who are increasingly feeling anxiety by facing unexpected COVID 19 crisis, so that they can acquire ability to deal with changes and do their daily business with steady mentality.
This book is not only a guide for child raising, but also is recommended to managers and management executives who are troubled over human development and motivation creation of their junior staffs as well as being useful for life planning of each person.

Author’s Information

President of Harada Education Institute Inc. and Principal of Teachers School.
Born in 1960 in Osaka Prefecture.
After graduating from Nara University of Education, he spent 20 years as a public junior high school teacher in Osaka city. Engaged in health and physical education as well as counseling, and dedicated to coaching of school track and field team of the school. Also he made efforts in rebuilding the failing
school and revitalizing the regional community, and led the track and field team of his third school to get 13 gold medals at the national competitions in 7 years through his unique training method.
Since Spring in 2003, he teaches students aiming to become a teacher in Tenri University in Nara.
Currently, he is active in broad range of fields, such as human resource development guidance, lecturing, and TV appearances.
