Abstract

This second volume of the series, tracing the history of works and ideas of an architect representing our era, features Kengo Kuma through his representative works, interviews, tete-a-tete talks and a report on his office. The book summarizes his activities as a critic, which led to the controversial work “M2”, methodologies and major projects by each design approach including the turning-point masterpiece “Hiroshige”.
