Abstract

2020 Received the 67th Sankei Children's Book Award
This is the story of my grandfather and me from the age of four to the sixth grade of elementary school. My grandfather doesn't like most things, no matter how convenient, new or expensive they are. My grandfather has a routine that he decides to wake up in the morning, go to the fields, and go to bed at night. He is a stubborn person who does not change that habit even during the New Year.
