Masaaki Kobayashi (supervisor) Born in Nagano Prefecture in 1942. Graduated from Shinshu University Faculty of Education. Worked as a high school teacher in Nagano Prefecture. After retiring as principal of Iida High School in Nagano Prefecture in 2002, he became a professor at Iida Women's Junior College, and also served as a part-time lecturer at Shinshu University's Faculty of Agriculture. Retired in 2013. Currently, he is engaged in activities to protect the nature of Ina Valley. Chairman of Ina Valley Nature Friends Association.
