Tadaaki Imaizumi is a mammalian scientist. Director of the Japan Animal Science Research Institute. After graduating from Tokyo University of Fisheries (now Tokyo University of Marine Science and Technology), he studied mammal taxonomy and biology at the National Museum of Nature and Science. Manga/Illustration: Nekomaki (Musework) Currently active as an illustrator based in Nagoya. In addition to comic essays, he also works on dog and cat character manga, advertising illustrations, and anime.
