Abstract

"Silver Octopussy" is a business group that solves underworld requests for money using unique means that border on the illegal. Xu, an elderly Korean businessman who helped a young North Korean defector, Seri, was deported for unlawful entry. Silver Octopussy, who had received a request from Xu to help Seri leave Korea for a safe, developed country, moves to secure the woman. However, Xu dies a mysterious death shortly after her repatriation. After entering Japan, a group of unidentified people begins to act in the dark, targeting Seri, who has disappeared.
