One day, Kokonoe, a fox living in the forest, picks up a baby hawk that fell from its nest.
He took it home with him for emergency food and fed it until it became hearty, but was unable to eat the baby, which called her "Daddy" and yearned for his wholeheartedly.
He dicided to be his father and named the baby hawk "Yosuga".
