This is a fictional department store “MITSUBENI Department Store” in a provincial city at the beginning of the 20th century.
On the roof of the magnificent building is a giant Ferris wheel. Modernity and romance are scattered throughout each sales floor, surrounded by gorgeous, modern store decorations.
From the first floor to the sixth floor and the rooftop.... Each sales floor, its people, and its products are introduced through comics and illustrations.
