Author’s Information
Ame Konkon : Graduated from Ochanomizu University, Faculty of Home Economics, Department of Children's Studies, in 1992. She experienced an eating disorder in her youth, and after her symptoms disappeared, she met and joined the self-help group NABA. After working as a child counselor at a public institution, she currently works as a nursery teacher at a child development support agency.

Ikeda Kurando: An Illustrator living in Sapporo. He works on illustrations in a variety of genres, including illustrations for magazines, books, textbooks, teaching materials, pamphlets, etc., character designs, logo designs, and caricatures. He also works as a part-time lecturer at a vocational school.

Mari Suzuki: Specially appointed professor, Department of Psychology, Atomi Gakuen Women's University. Graduated from Nagasaki University School of Medicine in 1979, worked as a resident at Tokyo Women's Medical University, studied abroad at the Salk Institute in the United States from 1985 to 1987, served as a professor at the Health Management Center of the National Graduate Institute for Policy Studies from 2002, and has been working at Atomi since April 2020. Specially appointed professor at Gakuen Women's University, Department of Psychology. Engaged in treatment and research for eating disorders, hosts family meetings, and engages in educational activities as a director of the Japan Eating Disorders Association and chairman of the Japan Eating Disorders Association.
