A poor high school student, Kiichiro, who lives modestly every day,
is suddenly visited by a super-celebrity young lady, Tsurugi.

She has come here under the dubious system of "studying abroad in poverty," and is very interested in the lives of the common people.
And everything from the cup noodles to the vegetable garden in the kitchen is under her observation...!

This is a slapstick comedy between the disparity of the naive and innocent Tsurugi and the mother's boy, Kiichiro.
