Breathing and posture were the catalysts that led me to my ideal self!

Breathing" and "Posture"--If you change just two things, you can improve your ailments!
Breathing" and "posture" are misunderstood by many people.
The lungs are very patient and do not complain of pain or suffering even if 40% of their functions are lost.
Instead, it sends out an SOS in the form of a slight disturbance in breathing when it moves.
In other words, even if there are no "specific" symptoms, the organ may be slowly weakening.
In particular, people today are said to be constantly breathing shallowly and quickly due to various stresses and living environments, and in recent years, due to the constant wearing of masks. Shallow and fast breathing, incorrect deep breathing, and excessive sighing not only reduce the natural power of breathing, but also have adverse effects, leading to a variety of unexpected problems such as chronic fatigue, sleep disorders, stiff shoulders, headaches, sensitivity to cold, digestive problems, and obesity.
This book contains the following sections: ・Check and test your current breathing (Chapter 1)
