Abstract
As long as you follow these, your company or business will do well.
The essence of "Inamori Management Principle," which was developed through practice, is discussed.
What should a manager think and do? The "12 Articles of Management," which Inamori himself has positioned as the "essentials of management," were created while he continued to walk on the front lines of management. In this book, Inamori explains the essence of the 12 Articles of Management.
The book is based on the idea that "even the most complex phenomena in the world is actually simple and clear once the principles that drive them are clarified. Based on this belief, I have compiled the principles of management, "How to manage a company successfully," based on my own experience, in an easy-to-understand manner in "The 12 Articles of Management.
Management tends to be thought of as a difficult subject involving complex elements, but perhaps because of my background in science and engineering, I seem to have a habit of thinking things back to their essence. (omission) If we focus on the essence of things, management is rather simple, and I believe that anyone can take the helm as long as he or she has mastered its principles.(From the Foreword)
These are proven essentials that have been proven effective in numerous practices in all types of industries and business categories, from large corporations such as Kyocera, KDDI, and Japan Airlines, to small and medium-sized companies.
