Abstract
"You have wings, but you can't fly."
Penguin was depressed because he was teased by an albatross.
At that moment, two seal siblings appeared and said, "You can swim in the sea even if you can't fly. There is no bird that can swim like you!"
Encouraged by the siblings' warm voice, the penguin jumped into the sea.
The penguin swims through the clear water as if he is flying. The penguin starts to sing.
"Swim, swim, swim, Rocket penguin swim swim swim! I'm a penguin, I'm a rocket penguin!"
The seals said, "That's great! You flew through the ocean!" The penguin regains his energy with these words.
