Author’s Information
Chef, International Chinese Master of Culinary Arts. After working for a general company, she realized that cooking and eating lead to physical and mental enrichment in her busy life, and turned to become a chef. While working as a chef's assistant, she studied Chinese medicine at the Japanese Society of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Dietetics and the Japan Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and became certified as an International Chinese Medical Cooking Master.
